Weekly Weigh-In!

As you can tell my the exclamation point you may be able to tell that I am happy and excited about this weigh-in lol. I weighed-in this morning on my Yunmai scale and I was down 3 lbs! This may seem like a lot for only counting calories for 4 days and it is lol. My last weigh-in with Weight Watchers I weighed-in at 248.2 lbs, almost back to my all time high weight. I am ecstatic to see a loss but also get back down and away from my highest weight. I finally feel like I’m back on track and doing what I need to do to lose weight. Including several @TheFitnessMarshall videos last night, worked up quite a sweat 🙂

Disregard my previous weights before today’s weigh-in, I may have a slight obsession with stepping on the scale LOL. Today is definitely a pre-tracked balance day, and the damage that is done today will let me know how much of a calorie deficit I will need to be in for the rest of the week 🙂

My grocery list for the rest of the week is as follows;

  • Apples
  • Bread

  • Smart Taste Pasta
  • Black Bean Salsa
  • Tortilla Chips

  • Almond Milk
  • Amy’s No Chicken Noodle Soup

  • I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter

  • Excedrin
